With the research announcement "Agroecological Innovations for Territorial Markets", the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture (BMEL) is calling on international research consortia consisting of partners from Germany, sub-Saharan Africa as well as South and Southeast Asia to submit their project ideas. The long-term trend towards a lower meat consumption in Germany continues in 2023.
